England Call-up for Pathway Graduate

Andrews helped Derbyshire women to three wins this campaign after coming through the Derbyshire system to sign for The Blaze in May. This followed an impressive winter in which she represented England Under 19s in a tri-series against Australia and Sri Lanka down under.

Andrews was a non-travelling reserve in the 2025 World Cup squad but will make a full call-up this time. Following a series of training camps in the UK, the squad will take part in a five-match T20 series against India in November and December.

The ICC Tournament will start in Nepal/Bangladesh in January and February 2027.

Andrews will join Blaze teammates, Flora Davies and Faith Teekasingh in the squad.

England Women’s U19s head coach, Chris Guest said: “This is an exciting opportunity for this group of players who will be the best prepared squad we will have sent to the U19 Women’s World Cup.

“The aspiration as always is to win the U19 World Cup," he added. “Taking on board learnings from previous campaigns, we have gone about things slightly differently this time ensuring our players are getting some game time outdoors much closer to the tournament.

“The goals for the winter are dual focused. We want to win the World Cup, and we are also developing players and helping them prepare for what their career might look like in a professional environment.”
