Urgency on the cards for Derbyshire

Derbyshire were particularly ruthless in their last encounter against Kent in the final round of fixtures last season. Mickey Arthur’s men piled on the runs scoring 698 for six, the third highest total in the county’s history. Luis Reece bagged a double hundred and took five wickets in an innings to become the first Derbyshire player to do so.
That hammering of Kent seems a long time to go. Derbyshire, this season, have failed to take “the big moments” as Arthur lamented on Monday. Do Derbyshire have the necessary players to take the moments by the scruff of the neck and go on and win matches?
